Good evening, Citizens. Usually I would not bother you with gruesome details about what we, the women and men of the IPS, are dealing with on a daily basis. But I want to remind everyone, that...
- The streets are safer then they ever have been before in the history of Insilico.
and
- This is what being a parasite and selling yourself to the actions of crime will bring you.
Let me be clear on this. Pictures like this are not something we have to see often. We always try to negotiate first but some people speak no other language than the one of violence. With the help of a brave citizen, the IPS was able to stop an act of armed robbery and return the goods to the rightful owner.
The majority of people around you are obedient to the rules, they know the value of life and of society. Together we will find those who don't. Join us in this endeavour, and if you witness a crime, report it to the IPS.
YOU can be the ears and eyes of the IPS, too.
Like Rachael Weiss, who decided to do something about it. Be like Miss Weiss. Do your part.
"[...]most of the deliveries here are either armored, automated, or both. That guy was clearly shocked at what was happening, and I guess I felt I should try to do something. Must have been some really desperate, or really stupid, robbers, though. I mean, sheesh. What kind of moron pulls out a gun in front of an AGIS building? You might as well plaster a sign over you have the IQ of mutant rat."
[...] Maybe seeing one of their gang get blasted all over the streets will dissuade them, or at least remind them, why that sort of thing doesn't happen very often [...]"

Good morning, Citizens.
Let me ask you a question. What do you think about vandalism?
Don't you think that your hard earned money and property, the reward for your hard work day by day, should be valued by others? Or do you think that everything you leave accessible to others goes into some sort of communist public domain, freely available for everyone to take and damage as they desire. Because, it did not cost them anything so it has no value to them?
Vandalism is not just a crime, it is also a disrespect to everyone working hard for their income, people like you.
The IPS is looking for hints towards a sprayer, signing his "Artwork" on public canvas with "RVR". Do your part, report every suspicious activities, to the IPS.
