Enhanced "BTL" - information requested

Citizens,

Recently AGIS has been examining a dangerously modified form of BTL chip we believe are currently in circulation around the city. Please be warned that use of these will void any insurance held with AGIS to the extent of damage reasonably believed to be caused by them by the attending medic. The presiding opinion is that damage may extend beyond simple neurokinetics.

Any information on their distribution and origin is welcomed. Please contact AGIS directly with any comments. These will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
